Charming Stay with Great Service
helpful staff land-line phone ample parking friendly reception
The staff were very helpful and polite. They allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. We had a minor phone issue, and they kindly lent us their land-line phone, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture. I found ample parking space available which was a plus, and the reception staff were very friendly and assisted us efficiently.
I found the hairdryer lacked a convenient place to plug in, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from the U-bahn station. This made getting around easy. A bus station is even closer, situated just one minute away by foot, offering alternative transport links. It is also quite advantageous. A supermarket is nearby, perfect for picking up groceries.

The room was clean and well-lit. I found it to be quite spacious too. The beds were comfortable, welcome after long days. A refrigerator was available in the room. This was useful for keeping drinks cold.

Hotel parking was free, which eliminated any extra expenses and added convenience. I observed that the breakfast offered a great selection. It included fresh continental buffet foods. There is also a bar on the premises.

The staff offered great customer service. They were always available and ready to assist. Reception is staffed 24/7. I found this assures constant support. The overall service was efficient. I felt very supported .
